Documents required for the purposes of registration for training (Residency) / Entry of the Jordanian Medical Council Certificate Examination (Jordanian Board) / Part I

  • A certified copy of the successful completion of the internship period
  • A certified copy of practicing the profession
  • Book of permanent registration in the Jordan Medical Association
  • Training letters for years of residency program
  • Submission for Residency registration
  • Paying fees

Documents Required for the Entry of the Jordanian Medical Council Certificate Examination (Jordanian Board) / Part II

  • A valid copy of passport or civil status card. 
  • Certified copy of the secondary school transcript.
  • Certified copy of the first medical certificate (Bachelor).
  • A certified copy of the internship certificate.
  • Certified copy of the certificate of higher specialization or a document issued by the Ministry or the institution responsible for local training to ensure the placement and completion of the duration of the training and passing a successful residency exam (for locally trained doctors within Jordan) or a document issued by the General Secretariat of the Arab Council for Health Specialties proves that the applicant is eligible for the final examination of the Arab Council Certificate (for doctors who are trained in hospitals recognized by the Arab Council in the specialties of the examinations).
  • filling of the Jordanian Medical Council exam Submission.
  • Paying the fees.

The required documents for the purpose of entering the Jordanian Medical Board (Jordan Board) exam in Dentistry

  • A valid copy of passport or civil status card (valid). 
  • Certified copy of the secondary school transcript - scientific section or equivalent attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • Certified copy of the first medical certificate from a university attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • A certified document attesting that the year of internship is terminated at a recognized hospital training center.
  • Certified copy of the certificate of higher specialization or a certified copy of the master's degree and a master's degree transcript.
  • Equivalence of the master's degree certified by the ministry of higher education or a document issued by the ministry or institution responsible for the local training proves the training center and the end of duration of the training , also proves that the doctor passed the residency exam successfully (for doctors trained locally in Jordan) or a document issued by the general secretariat of the Arab Council for Health Specialties proves that the applicant is eligible for the final examination of the Arab Council Certificate (for doctors who are trained in hospitals recognized by the Arab Council in the specialties of the examinations).
  • Provide his/her Logbook.
  • filling of the Jordanian Medical Council exam Submission.
  • Paying the submission study fees of JD 20 for the Jordanian doctor and JD 30 for the non-Jordanian doctor.
